More time.
More life.
More to discover.
I’m Sathvik. I want to live longer, stay healthy, and keep understanding the universe. I explore ageing and longevity, using AI to turn difficult questions into testable ideas.

Research tools for understanding biology and evaluating evidence, guided by a longer-term interest in longevity.
What can mitochondrial DNA
tell us about life?
Mito-Minerva probes mitochondrial tRNA structure with a DNA language model. Structure recovery improves after fine-tuning. A lifespan analysis across 1,321 species finds no association after controlling for phylogeny: an informative negative result.

Every measurement
has a source.
Badger Evidence makes enzyme-inhibitor measurements traceable to their source papers, including targets relevant to longevity and brain ageing such as mTOR and sirtuins. A foundation for asking better questions about interventions.

A useful model?
Peptide-Eval asks whether models actually rank peptides for unseen targets, using held-out targets and controls that expose misleading pooled metrics.

living systems respond.
Aster brings protein, cell, and language representations together to study biological decisions and cellular responses. An engineering prototype toward understanding interventions, with biological validation still ahead.

I’m ASK Sathvik, an AI/ML engineer driven by a simple wish: more healthy time to explore the universe. Longevity is a personal ambition and a direction for my independent research. Math, physics, biology, and intelligence are the questions I want to keep pursuing.
I’m interested in understanding ageing, making biological evidence useful, and building AI tools that help us test ideas. I also enjoy mentoring and deep conversations. My projects and essays are a record of learning, including the experiments that challenge my assumptions.
Building in industry.
Exploring independently.
My professional foundation is machine learning engineering. Longevity is the direction of my independent inquiry.
